We are a non-profit educational organization, serving the needs of gardeners by promoting America's flower - the rose. The purpose of our society is to encourage the time-honored hobby of family gardening, by promoting all aspects of rose culture through educational programs, shows, publicity, and participation in rose-related community projects, and to further the aims and objectives of the American Rose Society.
The Pacific Southwest District of the American Rose Society covers Southern California, Southern Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, and West Texas, and consists of 35 rose societies in all.

This is a reminder to all District CR's to get your "Roses in Review" reports turned in. It is more important than usual since there has been a change in Consulting Rosarian rules with penalties for CRs not filing RIR reports. Here is the link:
The deadlline is September 16th and the reports may be made online directly to the ARS Roses in Review or they can mail their reports directly to Hal Reynolds and he will do the rest:
